OPEXEngine was founded by operating executives and advisors with decades of experience in finance, sales, marketing, and general management of technology companies.

Lauren Kelley, Chief Executive Officer
Lauren founded OPEXEngine after building and managing highly successful operations in the U.S., Europe, and Asia Pacific for Compaq Computer, Borland International, and Art Technology Group (ATG).  OPEXEngine combines Ms. Kelley's operating experience with her earlier expertise as an international economist in the U.S. Department of Commerce's Office of Computers.

• At Boston-based ATG, Ms. Kelley most recently served as Senior Vice President of Strategic Development and of Worldwide Sales, and grew revenues for the internet software vendor from start-up to $164 million over six years through direct sales and strategic partnerships.
• Prior to ATG, Ms. Kelley was general manager at Borland International in Paris, France, where she directed the sales and marketing of Borland software products in 20 countries across Europe and the Middle East through distributors and partners.
• She previously served on Compaq Computer's European management team in Munich, Germany, where she established and grew the computer manufacturer's revenue throughout Central and Eastern Europe to about $250 million through reseller channels and direct subsidiaries.

• Prior to joining OPEXEngine, Wolf worked at TESS, a consumer products start-up as the Vice President of Finance.  At TESS, Wolf was responsible for developing a business plan and financial strategy for the next three years of operation. She was an active member of the senior management team, managing day-to day and long term financing.  During her tenure, she assisted in raising $1.35 million in growth capital for the company.  
• Prior to her experience at TESS, she was a Managing Director at Internet Capital Group (ICG), a publicly traded Internet venture capital organization with 80 business-to-business e-commerce companies in its portfolio. At ICG Wolf was an active member of and counsel to the senior management team and was responsible for developing and managing a global investor relations strategy and communications program. 
• Before her tenure at ICG, Wolf was Vice President of Equity of Research at Adams, Harkness and Hill (AH&H), a full-service Boston-based investment bank.  At AH&H she was responsible for researching and analyzing industry and company fundamentals on emerging growth companies across several technology sectors. Research coverage included the networking technology sector, Internet holding companies, and information technology services companies.   She was chosen as “Homerun Hitter” in 1999 and 2000 by Institutional Investor Magazine. 
• Wolf is a graduate of Columbia College (B.A. Economics) and the M.I. T. Sloan School of Management (M.S. Finance).
