Description

Total Annual Subscription:
ReportCard License – $200,000 per year
Year 1 Discount         – $50,000 per year
total $150,000 per year

Total Licensed Users – Up to 8 authorized users

Note: $200,000/year for up to 8 authorized users of the Investor with up to 100 Authorized Portfolio Companies

  • Year – 1 license price – $200k per year with a $50 k discount in the first year only
  • Year – 2 license price – $200k per year
  • Year – 3 license price – $200k per year

Data access

OPEXEngine will provide full access to its benchmarking database for the metrics that are contributed. In addition, once Vista has contributed data for the first 80 metrics, Vista will have access to other benchmarks for which Vista is not currently providing data. It is expected over the course of this license agreement Vista will expand data contributions to additional metrics and a growing number of its portfolio companies

Licensor shall be entitled to increase standard pricing for the Licensed Products, not more than once per calendar year, any time after December 31, 2025.
