The role

OPEXEngine is evolving and seeking a Professional Services Lead to manage, enhance, and scale our professional services offerings, which are a core part of our customer value proposition. In this role, you will report to the VP, Strategy and Operations and partner closely with customers to translate data into actionable insights that drive business performance. You will own and enhance our flagship 360 Benchmarking Insights Report, leading its ongoing improvement, scalability, and integration of AI-driven capabilities. Through both the report and direct customer engagements, you will deliver meaningful insights that strengthen relationships and demonstrate the strategic value of OPEXEngine’s data. Beyond customer delivery, you will shape how OPEXEngine communicates insights more broadly — collaborating with our Data and Marketing teams to develop thought leadership content such as blog posts and insights-driven events. You will also influence our product roadmap, gathering customer feedback and working cross-functionally with Product and Sales to identify opportunities for innovation and new feature development.

Key job responsibilities

  • Deliver 360 Benchmarking Insights Reports to customers, providing clear, data-driven recommendations that enhance strategic decision-making.
  • Continuously improve the 360 Benchmarking Insights Reports through automation, AI integration, and process enhancements to ensure scalability and consistency.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, addressing SaaS and benchmarking-related inquiries and ensuring they maximize the value of OPEXEngine’s products and insights.
  • Partner with Bain case teams to identify the most relevant cohorts and benchmarks, tailoring analyses to specific client needs and strategic objectives.
  • Support thought leadership initiatives by generating insights for OPEXEngine content, including blog posts, podcasts, webinars, and other customer-facing materials.
  • Gather and synthesize customer feedback to inform product enhancements and collaborate with Product and Sales teams to identify opportunities for new features.

Minimum qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in a consulting, analyst, or equivalent strategic role — ideally with exposure to data-driven decision-making and client engagement.
  • Strong cross-functional communication and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including experience developing executive-level presentations and performing analytical data work.
  • Comfort presenting to customers or senior stakeholders, with the ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn about SaaS business models (prior experience in SaaS is a plus but not required).

Compensation & Benefits

This role compensation in the range of $140,000 – $160,000 annually (including bonus) for candidates based in the U.S. Actual Compensation may vary depending on the candidate’s location and experience. OPEXEngine also provides comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.
