The role
OPEXEngine is seeking a full-time 2025 Summer Marketing Intern to support strategic marketing and communications initiatives. You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing and cross-functional teams to elevate our brand presence, drive engagement across digital channels, and support campaign execution. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience across multiple aspects of B2B marketing – content creation, social media, email marketing, virtual event production, and more – within a fast-paced, data-driven SaaS environment.
This is a paid internship running from mid-June to August 2025 (minimum 7 weeks), requiring a commitment of four working days per week. Start and end dates can be flexible.
Key job responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and distribution of content across email, social media, and the website
- Maintain and organize marketing assets and contribute to managing the content calendar
- Support execution of campaigns tied to product, virtual events, and reports
- Help manage our CRM (HubSpot), which includes maintaining contact lists, updating content, and organizing other key information
- Conduct research on industry trends and competitive positioning to inform messaging
- Help track campaign performance metrics and assist with reporting
- Collaborate with other team members on ad hoc marketing projects

- You’re curious and eager to learn about B2B marketing, SaaS, and analytics
- You bring strong writing and editing skills and aren’t afraid to ask questions
- You enjoy working cross-functionally and contributing to a collaborative team
- You’re organized, detail-oriented, and enjoy managing multiple projects at once
Minimum qualifications
- Current undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, social media (LinkedIn or X), and Canva (or similar tools)
- Interest in content marketing, design, B2B marketing, SaaS, and/or data analytics (prior experience a plus but not required)
- Available to work ~32 hours per week (approximately 4 days per week)

U.S. Compensation Information
This is a paid internship. Compensation will be $650 per week. Benefits are not offered for this short-term internship position.
